Another choice in Italian cuisine is Belsito Trattoria, which offers traditional Italian cooking with a contemporary flair. The restaurant's name is in honor of Chef Gino Guercio's ancestral home of Belsito, located in the province of Cosenza. Chef Guercio grew up in the kitchen of his family home and launched his career at the age of 14. He spent decades moving around the world in pursuit of learning new culinary concepts before landing in Kleinburg. Belsito Trattoria is open Thursdays – Saturdays for lunch and Tuesdays - Saturdays for dinner.

Perhaps the village is best known for the McMichael Art Gallery with more than 7,000 pieces of artwork in its permanent collection. Located on 100 acres of forests, the gallery honors what is known as the Group of 7, a group of seven landscape painters from the early 20th century who used bright colors to paint simple although dynamic landscape forms. The museum was also one of the first Canadian art museums to include indigenous artwork within its permanent collection.
